Good shopping mall with everything you need available, but the most arrogant staff I have seen in my life. No respect for customers. Plenty of billing counters, but most ineffecient billing staff. Moreover, not even willing to exchange the cheap quality product they sell - I bought a kurti (top) on 1st November, I was travelling, wore it itself only after 15 days & for the 1st wash itself the colour spread all over making it look so dirty. When I returned back & went to the customer service desk they just bluntly refused to exchange saying its more than 15 days since I bought it. Well if you are so particular about your exchange rules, why dont you keep quality clothes too for sale? How could you sell such cheap clothes that runs colour so badly???? The 1st time I went itself I have had the worst impression with a bad experience with your billing staff & added to that 2nd time refusal to exchange your own cheap product - I dont think I would ever in my life want to shop there any more.
