Swagath Garuda is perhaps Jayanagar's first and biggest mall. It also gives south Bangalore it's first multiplex - Inox - which is a part of the mall. Most of the mall is occupied by two Tata stores - Westside and Landmark. GK Vale, Liberty, Identiti and some jewelry stores are also here. The mall also has a food court.
