This affiliate centre of the International Sivananda Yoga Center teaches Sivananda Yoga, which focuses on the five tenets of Yoga - breathing, relaxation, posture, diet and positive thinking. Classes here are open for beginners as well as advanced Yoga practitioners. Beginners can do courses for three months minimum. You can also do year-long courses. The centre also offers one on one classes and will also teach you at home if you require.
